Welcome to Drively Smart. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Drively Smart, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Drively Smart is a vehicle expense and maintenance tracking application that provides tools for logging fuel expenses, service records, trip tracking, document management, and AI-powered analytics.

3. User Accounts

• Account creation is optional. You can use the app in guest mode without an account.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Drively Smart offers Free, Pro, and Fleet subscription tiers.
• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies.

5. AI Features

• AI-powered features (receipt scanning, predictions, analytics) are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate.
• AI-generated maintenance predictions and health scores are advisory only and should not replace professional mechanical advice.
• You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated data before making decisions.

6. User Data

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app.
• You can export your data at any time in JSON or CSV format.
• We are not responsible for data loss on your local device. We recommend regular backups.

7. Prohibited Uses

• You may not use the app for any illegal purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• You may not use the app to transmit harmful or malicious content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Drively Smart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate AI predictions, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
