- Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and display name.
- Vehicle Data: Vehicle details, fuel entries, expenses, maintenance records, and trip logs that you enter into the app. This data is stored locally on your device using SQLite.
- Photos & Documents: Receipt images and vehicle documents you choose to scan or attach. These are processed for AI features and stored locally.
- Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about app usage to improve the experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the app's core features (expense tracking, maintenance reminders, analytics).
- To power AI features such as receipt scanning, predictive maintenance, and conversational analytics via OpenAI.
- To manage subscriptions through RevenueCat.
- To authenticate your account through Supabase (optional).
3. Data Storage & Security
Drively Smart follows an offline-first architecture. Your vehicle and financial data is stored locally on your device in an SQLite database. If you opt into cloud backup, data may be synced securely. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures.

- You can export all your data as JSON or CSV at any time from the app's Settings.
- You can delete your account and all associated data.
- You can use the app without an account (guest mode) for maximum privacy.

Drively Smart is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
